In a brief, replace “quality account” with checkable conditions: working access, a profile matching the plan and required features available. Add who checks them and when. This precision helps resolve incidents without debating an adjective. Creative quality and audience outcomes can then be judged from their own observations. Keeping these questions separate makes both procurement and editorial analysis easier to understand.

An account can be created in the right environment and still feel interchangeable. The name, biography, recent posts and replies need to describe the same useful person or editorial project.
